Hi, I'm Mis!

My name is Marisa, but those who know me well call me Mis. I'm a lifestyle and portrait photographer based in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Lover of light, details and capturing the most sacred moments in life, I have always been fascinated by photography and the ability to tell a story through photos. After piquing my interest as I documented events as a photographer for our high school magazine, I was thrilled to receive my first camera as a graduation gift. As my family grew, so did my love of photographing those fleeting moments of my own four beloved babes. It has been such a privilege to be invited into the lives of others in order to capture events that have woven the pieces of their own stories together. From portraits, senior sessions and family photos, to weddings, births and precious newborn babes, to conference events, concerts and exploring the world around us, I love to see the the beauty God has created through my lens.
